Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. From there you decide how much support you need to write the next one.
The First Page — $150
Sometimes you just need someone to sit across from you and actually listen. This is a focused 60 minute conversation where you bring whatever is heaviest right now, your biggest operational question, the thing keeping you up at night, or just the feeling that something is off and you cannot quite name it yet.
No P&L required. No prep work. Just an honest conversation with someone who has seen a lot of business chapters and is not here to judge yours.
If we decide to move forward together this fee applies as a credit toward Read the Chapter.
Read the Chapter Diagnostic Review — Starting at $750
This is where we get above it together and actually look at what is happening. You upload one full year of P&L and work through a set of diagnostic prompts I provide. Then we sit down and walk through exactly where the problems are, where the leaks are, and what needs to move first.
Most business owners have never had this view of their own business. It changes things.

Write the Next Chapter Monthly Retainer — From $600/month
Once we know what chapter you are in this is where we build what comes next together. You get a dedicated block of my time every month, financial literacy support so you can read your own numbers with confidence, and active hands on work closing the operational gaps that are quietly costing you.
This is not a check in service. This is a strategic partnership that moves with you.
Retainer options:
Entry — $600/month, 4 hours. A monthly check in and number review. Right for stable businesses that need consistent outside eyes.
Growth — $1,200/month, 8 hours. Weekly check ins plus active operational work. Right for businesses in motion that need ongoing strategic support.
Scale — $1,800/month, 12 hours. Full deliverable development. Playbooks, policies, employee handbooks, workflow mapping, branding guides. Right for businesses actively building infrastructure.
Unused hours do not roll over.
Deliverables are scoped and quoted separately against your hourly rate before work begins so you always know what something costs before we start.
Need something outside a retainer? Off retainer rate is $200 per hour.
